From there, the Heritage Family Dentistry Membership Plan covers routine care at a discounted rate, with monthly and annual payment choices. We also offer financing for larger treatment, structured around a monthly amount that fits your budget. Neither program combines with insurance, and our front desk will tell you plainly which route costs you less.

Dr. Erin Pickwick earned her DMD at the Medical College of Georgia in 2010 and completed a postgraduate residency through the University of Alabama and the Birmingham VA Medical Center. She has practiced in Gwinnett ever since, holds membership in the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Georgia Dental Association, and the Hinman Dental Society, and formerly served as president of the Georgia Academy of General Dentistry. Does the $159 new patient special really cover the whole first visit?
A: It covers the comprehensive exam and X-rays, the full diagnostic workup. It applies to new patients only and cannot combine with insurance. Any treatment you choose afterward gets priced separately and in writing before you book it.
I collected implant quotes from offices along Scenic Highway. Will you explain why prices differ?
A: Yes, and bring the quotes with you. Implant pricing varies because some quotes omit the abutment, the crown, or the imaging, and a number that looks lower often covers less. Dr. Pickwick will line the quotes up item by item so you compare the same thing.
Is parking easier than the shared retail lots off Highway 78?
A: You park at our office building on Grayson Highway rather than circling a strip-mall lot between errand traffic. Most patients walk in within a minute of shutting the car door.
